This means we print each pair of shoes you order and have them hand assembled within a week of receiving your order. Most shoe orders land within 10-14 days of ordering, but please allow up to 21 days for our printers, cobblers and delivery drivers to work their magic. If you're ordering outside the USA, please allow an extra week for your custom shoes to arrive.
RETURNS:
We have a 99% perfect quality control rating, but if your item falls into the 1% of damaged, faulty or missing orders, please send us an email at mycupcakeaddiction@gmail.com and we'll sort it out for you faster than the glaze can crust on a Krispy Kreme.
